Kano state Second Republic member of the House of Representatives, Dr Junaid Mohammed was confirmed dead after battling a long term protracted illness. The core Buhari supporter’s death was confirmed this evening by his brother, Dr Ahmed Salik, a former lecturer with the Bayero University Kano and a former member of the House of Representatives.
Late Junaid, was a Soviet trained Medical Doctor who died today; Thursday 18th of February at his mansion in Kano. The nature of the illness was undisclosed but family sources averred that its not Covid-19 related. the deceased would be buried tomorrow after Jumat service at his residence according to Islamic rite.
