For a perfect illustration, Obi Iyiegbu, the head honcho of luxury nightlife business chain, Cubana groups with the sobriquet ‘Obi Cubana’ is a misunderstood personality. Some say his ways are shrouded in secrecy but those close to him averred that he is an open book waiting to be studied. During his formative years, growing up in a family where both parents are teachers, he was instilled with discipline and hard work. His background prepared him for the challenges ahead as through sheer dint of hard work and consistency, providence took him to the ladder of success flying high in business.

Apart from his huge investment in the nightlife business, the upward mobile debonair hands are tied around many chains of business from real estate, hotel, liquor production, brand influencing, events among others. One thing that stands him out from the crowd is the ability to touch a brand and turn it around with his unusual strategies. Recently those monitoring his moves are marveled at his movement in the promotion of his new liquor bitters brand called Odogwu Bitters. The Bitters was brewed from the finest carefully selected botanical roots with different functions to give the African taste laced with Ginger and Honey as add flavour. The Biters can be taken in several ways either as a cocktail with a mixture of a carbonated drink or can be taken ordinarily to give the luxury feeling of quality taste to suit any mood.

Obi Cubana and Odogwu Ambassadors

His movement promoting the brand was quite aggressive, after signing ambassadors like; Alex Ekubo, MR Jollof, Brother Shaggy, Zubby Michel, Portable to mention a few. The reception was quite massive as many taught he was campaigning for an elective post. On Tuesday the 22nd of February, Okpataezuora as he is fondly called by friends officially launched Odogwu bitters by opening a massive head office off Ajose Adeogun Lekki Lagos. The Office complex was declared open by property magnate; Dr. Ned Okonkwo, the CEO of Nedcomoaks and Victoria Crest homes. Everyone presented had a taste of the luxury bitters. The graduate of Political Science later hosted friends, influencers, distributors and well-wishers to a mega outdoor soiree at his Pablo Cubana club on Ajose Adeogun, Lekki where everyone present savored their taste buds with the very best of local cuisines, Drinks and musical rendition from local live bands.
