BENUE STATE GOVERNOR SAMUEL ORTOM LEADS DELEGATES TO MEET PRESIDENT BUHARI AT THE STATE HOUSE OVER FULANI HERDSMEN MENACE
To further find a lasting solution to the Fulani herdsmen menace rocking Benue state, H.E. Samuel Ortom, Governor of Benue State, and his delegations of stakeholders consisting of Engr Benson Abounu, Deputy Governor of Benue State, Senator David Mark, Senator Barnabas Gemade and Senator George Akume paid a courtesy visit to President Muhammadu Buhari at the State House on 15th Jan 2018. The purpose of the courtesy visit is to further urge the presidency to proffer a lasting solution to the herdsmen attack and further beef up the security in the North-central state.
