The speaker surprised his constituents with an end of the year grassroot empowerment programee, held at the Open field Abati Barracks, Surulere. He distributed over 40 saloon cars, generator set, financial grants to small scale business owners, Photocopying machines, home solar systems, laptops and other consumable Xmas gift items to the people of surulere constituency 1.
