Hon. Ladi Adebutu, a member of the Federal House of Representative, representing Remo at the green chambers. Ladi, a top PDP chieftain in Ogun state and son to betting mogul Sir Adebutu Kensington has been on the line-up for the governorship race of the next general elections. Ladi used to enjoy a robust relationship with top PDP chieftain Senator Buruji Kashamu, but things fell apart between them over the person who controls the soul of PDP grassroot structure in Ogun state.
Ladi on last Easter Sunday, threw a get together soiree at his yet-to-be completed hotel in Iperu-Remo where top PDP chieftains and who-is-who in Nigeria and Ogun state politics came to merry with the controversial Law maker.
As the state is getting set to witness the next general elections come 2019, Ladi is a top contender for the Oke-mosan top job as the get-together soiree was graced by top PDP bigwigs like senator Iyiola Omisore, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, Governor Ayo Fayose and host of other.
Close sources to the Lawmaker claimed that the get together soiree was used as an avenue for Ladi to declare his intention to run for the next governorship elections under the PDP, as he solicits for the attendee’s immense support to actualise his dreams, by clinching the PDP party ticket and possibly wining the election to become the number one man in Ogun state.
