In an attempt of looking at the future, you make a recourse to history, it would be recalled that; The Jagun Asa of Ede Land, was arrested in 2010, for receiving an amount estimated to be N5million from an investor, with the agreement of producing a movie for him. To the chagrin of the investor who released the funds for the movie, the former Nollywood actor started playing pranks and gimmicks; avoiding calls as every means to reach him proved abortive. After months of patience and consultation, The Theatre Arts graduate from Obafemi Awolowo University, Osun State was tracked, arrested and locked up in police custody. After series of investigation, Femi was said to have lavished the money on some irrelevant things. According to close source who divulged to CITYSPY that; ”Femi has always been like that. His integrity has constantly been put to test and he has failed severally. The latest victim of his constant debt scandal are 2 designers namely; Banji of Cheddars Clothings and Barrister Yemi of EY Clothings. Both have complained vehemently that; Femi has refused to pay them a balance of N55,000 and N40,000 respectively for over a year. He does not even pick their calls again. Femi should be at the forefront of supporting this young boys not owing them money knowing how harsh the economy is and everybody needs money to grow their business. As a celebrity, he should be at the forefront of encouraging this entrepreneurs not owing them and not picking their calls its really bad”
