Olori Badirat Ajoke Adeyemi’s Dilemma 

If there was one woman who makes the heart of octogenerian Oyo Monarch beats faster, it would definitely be Olori Badirat Ajoke Adeyemi aka queen Nola as she’s fondly called by many. She was well loved by her husband as she constantly got the attention of the monarch anytime she wishes. She was always seen flanking the highly respected monarch at any social function among other Olori’s. She remained talk of the town and envy of her peers and fellow olori. What stands her out among the others is her ravishing beauty, fashion sense and attire combination, skin routine and composure. Until recently, the young mother, brand influencer and entrepreneur, was the very eye of the colourful Oyo monarch. 

Earlier this year, there were various reports making the round alleging her of infidelity with a popular Fuji musician. She openly refuted the claim saying; she was loyal to the vows of her marriage and she would never cheat on the highly revered monarch. Despite that, many admieres of Olori Badirat would wonder why she has been missing in action lately in he Kings harem. She no longer post pictures of her in the palace, she was also left out in a group picture released months ago by the palace, where the king was flanked by all his wives. 

Sources within the palace said, it was as a result of the issue Olori Badirat was told to leave the palace pending the outcome of investigation over the alleged infidelity issue.

“The allegation is a big one and a slap to the stool of the Alaafin. It’s a taboo in Yoruba land that the wife of a King cheats. To give room for proper investigation, she was told to leave the palace pending the outcome.”

Lately, Olori Badirat had always posted quite ‘subliminal messages’ with pregnant innuendos on her social media pages. She posted somethings about divorce and not being appreciated. The post on social media further showed that; she is not having the best of time. She is currently going through healing process. The whole controversies surrounding her is causing her serious headache. “Olori Badirat is currently going through a very hard phase in her life. She is trying to pick the pieces of herself and move on. All what transpired between her was just a mere conspiracy. It was fuelled by those who envy her for being the Kings favourite. Some of her detractors in and outside the palace fuelled a campaign of calumny against her. She is hoping the truth will unravel itself soon and she would be vindicated.”

Adding salt to Olori Badirat’s already healing wound was when, the ever young at heart, royal majesty, the very personification of the dreaded death, added to his beautiful harem another stunner, even far more ravishing than her. Many said the new Olori was a possible replacement for the lacuna Olori Badirat created in the palace. It seem like attention may have shifted away, totally and finally from her.
