When the Serria Leaone mud slide happened earlier this month, with over 500 casualties, out of his sheer passion for giving, He along side former President Olesegun Obasanjo, traveled to the affected country to visit and share their condolence with the President of Serria Leone. The Tony Elumelu Foundation donated Five Hundred thousand dollars and other relief materials for the rehabilitation process for those who lost their properties and shelter during the natural disaster.
